We’re seeking an experienced and passionate Field Guide to deliver immersive safari experiences that blend luxury with the thrill of the wild.

What You’ll Do:
- Safari Experience Delivery: Lead personalised drives and walks tailored to guest preferences, incorporating mindful education and conservation messaging.
- Safety Protocols & Guest Well-being: Conduct thorough safety briefings and maintain constant awareness of guest comfort during wildlife encounters.
- Vehicle & Equipment Management: Perform daily maintenance checks to ensure safari vehicles and equipment remain in pristine condition.
- Guest Interaction & Hosting: Build rapport with guests from arrival to departure, collaborating with trackers and butlers to anticipate and meet every need.
What We’re Looking For:
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12 / Matric)
- Minimum of 3 years experience guiding at a 5-star luxury lodge in a Big 5 environment.
- FGASA Nature Site Guide (NQF Level 4)
- FGASA Trails Guide
- Advanced Rifle Handling (ARH) Certification
- Valid First Aid Certification
- Valid Professional Driver’s Permit (PrDP)
- DEAT registered as a Tourist Guide (Mpumalanga)
- Expertise in 4x4 off-road driving and basic vehicle maintenance.
