As one of our Butlers, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless luxury experience through personalised service and high standards of hospitality.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Guest Service & Satisfaction: Welcome and escort guests, conduct in-room check-ins, and anticipate guest needs to ensure a memorable stay from arrival to a fond farewell.
- Food & Beverage Service: Provide expert assistance with menu selections, drinks pairings, and dietary needs, serving guests with a calm and courteous manner.
- Event & Dining Setup and Breakdown: Coordinate and set up various dining areas, including intimate celebrations and unique outdoor bush experiences.
- Inventory Management and Team Collaboration: Monitor stock levels, record guest feedback, and liaise with all departments to ensure facilities remain in pristine condition.
What We’re Looking For:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- A Butler Qualification.
- 2-5 Years experience as a Butler.
